This is a restrained and scholarly design finely executed in render on masonry. There is a two storey verandah with pediment parapet above and paired segmental arched windows to the façade. The render enrichments are of high quality with an acanthus leaf frieze on the ground floor which is cut by the window architraves and simple architraves to the first floor.
