This is an imposing two storey Italianate style residence with an unusual recessed side entrance (probably once covered by a canopy). The façade is of ruled render with render architraves, string courses and brackets. The Eastern bay projects in contrast with the side entrance. The fine cast iron fence has two cast iron posts framing the tessellated tile path. There are cast iron window cill guards to the first floor.
