A film crew goes to Skull Island to shoot a movie with young actress Ann Darrow. They come across Kong, a giant ape, and decide to capture him and bring him back to New York. He is chained in a theatre and exhibited as the ‘Eighth wonder of the World’, but he manages to escape to look for Ann.
