In association with Beca Planning, Auspoll was commisioned by the City of Melbourne to undertake quantitave research in order to explore the awareness, importance and usage of various facilities and services inside and outside the City of Melbourne.

This publication includes maps and an explanation of proposed boundaries of Victoria's 88 Legislative Assembly electoral districts and 8 Legislative Council electoral regions.

Over the next 10 years, the central city will undergo a transformation with commencement of major civic projects such as the Metro Tunnel and ongoing population growth. It is crucial Elizabeth Street can cater for the increasing volume of pedestrian traffic.
