The site is 149 Lonsdale street and adjoining premises. There Is a frontage of 66 ft. and a depth of 108 ft. A feature of the structure will be that no posts or pillars will crib any of the floor area. There will be natural light from three sides of the buildings as well as from tho roof. Special arrangements are being made for illuminations to reproduce daylight conditions as closely as possible.
