Image held by East Melbourne Library. Aerial view of Fitzroy Gardens probably taken around 1970. At the top lefthand corner of the gardens, (facing southeast and being the corner of Wellington Parade and Clarendon Street), the building site of the future Hilton Hotel can be seen. This was previously the site of the Cliveden Mansions, then recently demolished to make way for the Hilton.
