General notes:

Date of Construction: 1892Building Citation: Pair of large two storey ruled rendered dwellings each with two storey bay window. Curved moulded architraves are used to each opening and string courses at several levels. The parapet is heavily bracketed with an elaborate cartouche to the centre. Cast iron palisade and sill guards and tessellated tile verandah are all intact.
