Hotham Town Hall, The Australasian Sketcher, 27th November, 1875, p 132.Notes: Sketch of Hotham Town Hall (now North Melbourne town hall). The site was originally the town Courthouse, and building of the Town hall was completed in early 1876. The cost was £12,000 (approx. $2,116,000.00 in 2020).(Source: https://www.measuringworth.com/calculators/australiacompare/relativevalue.php).The building was designed by architect Mr. George R.
