General notes:
Period: VictorianConstruction date: c1895Notable features/significance: elaboration/high standard design of cement rendered surfacesDescription: This two-storey building is a more substantial counterpart to the nearby Photographic Studies College. it too is constructed of cement-rendered brickwork with arches inspired by contemporary American architects such as H.H. Richardson. The fenestration has been altered throughout, but the building remains an original example of an ornate Victorian warehouse.
