Date of Construction: c1890Building Citation: A group of three two storey rendered terraces with two storey cast iron verandahs and balustraded parapet with central cartouche. The ground floor verandah has a two toned diamond patterned terracotta tile surface. The cast iron fence matches the adjoining property.
