General notes:
Gangway, Pen 450 looking East, at a Dutch Auction. There are quite a few men attending the sale of one young cow, standing on the ground and an upper level gangway..A Dutch auction starts at a higher value and descends until a bidder is willing to pay that price. It is named after a system in 17th century Netherlands, usually used for goods needing to be sold quickly, such as produce and agriculture.
