General notes:
Image held by North Melbourne Library. Sheep being marshalled in King Street, near the corner of Bourke Street. Along the buildings are a Chemist advertising Ipana toothpaste, pawnbrokers West End Mont de Piete and a tall Commercial Bank building, which still exists. The next two buildings are also still extant but much altered. The remaining buildings, including the one with many arched windows, have been demolished. The origins and provenance of this image is not known and any information is appreciated
