General notes:

Grading as at 2002 : upgraded from E to DPeriod : Mid VictorianA double fronted, hipped roof house, probably originally of timber construction at least in part. Probable date around 1880. The building has had several alterations including over-cladding in false brick sheets (the weatherboards are likely to remain below), new windows, false tile cladding to the roof and recent iron detailing to the verandah. Despite these alterations, the nineteenth century origins remain prominent in the roof and verandah form, the siting and the fenestration pattern.
