This is an elegant two storey rendered dwelling with moulded render stringcourse and elaborately moulded and pedimented parapet, arched head windows and entry porch. The two storey cast iron verandah has a concave roof and fine frieze with tessellated tile to the ground surface. A substantial cast iron on bluestone plinth fence with render piers remains intact.
