Date of Construction: c1890Building Citation: A two storey tuckpointed red brick terrace dwelling with render bands. The parapet is elaborate with dentils festoons and unusual balustrade. The two storey cast iron verandah has a double curved roof. The tessellated tile path verandah surface and cast iron palisade fence are intact.
