Date of Construction: 1909Building Citation: This is a rare example of an unpainted neo-classical terrace with colonnaded balcony. Capitals to the ground floor are ionic, and Corinthian to the first floor. The French windows to first floor have scalloped heads. Generally fine joinery. The cast iron fence on bluestone plinth matched ajoining.Architect: G.W. Vanheems
