Date of Construction: c1905Building Citation: This is an interesting Queen Anne style tuckpointed red brick dwelling with terracotta tile roofs and fine chimneys. The centre projecting bay had delicate timber window hoods and is flanked by a recessed entry porch and a garage wing on the north side creating a picturesque composition.
