Advertising for land sales on the Travancore Estate, from Sydney Arnold, Best & Co of Errol Street, North Melbourne and Racecourse Road, Newmarket. It includes an image of the house named Travancore, which had been known as Flemington House, the home of Hugh Glass. It is no longer extant, having been turned into a school and then demolished in the 1940s.
