General notes:
Grading as at 1999 : D (upgraded from E)Period : FederationA group of semi-detached Edwardian brick houses, with corrugated galvanised steel gabled roofs and timber bargeboards. Each house has a pair of timber-framed double-hung sash windows with sunshades supported by cast iron brackets. The entrances are setback and have corrugated galvanised steel skillion roofs. The chimneys are brick with corbelled brick cappings and terracotta pots. Some brickwork has been painted. They are of local aesthetic interest. Although two of the houses have been altered by overpainting of the original face red brickwork, the group setting enhances the character of the houses and as a group they form an important element in the streetscape.
