Date of Construction: 1883Building Citation: Group of five single storey polychromatic tuckpointed brick terraces with elegant concave verandahs and verandah ironwork. The windows are three part with candy twist Corinthian columns. Unusual cast iron fence with bowed gate. Bluestone steps and upstands compatible with adjoining terrace. Fine render chimneys.
