General notes:
Grading as at 1999: Upgraded from E to DPeriod: Victorian, construction date 1871-1881The houses are a single-storey Victorian terrace consisting of two single-fronted houses (Nos. 10-12) and one double-fronted brick house (No.6-8), built later, with transverse gabled roofs clad in slate. The verandahs have cast iron decoration, and terminate at wing walls. Windows are timber-framed double-hung sashes. They, are of local historical and aesthetic interest, and represent the type of modest housing which proliferated in North and West Melbourne in the nineteenth century. Aesthetically, the houses are substantially intact and the group in an interesting element in the streetscape.
