General notes:
Harry Cuffe is pictured in the forefront of the photograph with two cows behind him the Cattle Pen. He is dressed in a coat (Drizabone) and waving a stick, presumably to move the cattle around or point to particular cattle and/or people. Behind the fence in the background are thirteen men, dressed in outwear (coats, bomber jackets and overalls, with flat caps and Akubras) writing in notepads, The number of the Pen is painted onto the fence, C393 is written.
