Date of Construction: c1890Building Citation: This is a grand Italianate style building with two storey projecting bay and cast iron verandah. The slate roof is intact and of low pitch typical of the style. The building is executed in tuck pointed brickwork on bluestone base course. The party walls and string courses are enriched with render mouldings.
