Type: ResidenceStyle:Period: EdwardianConstruction date: 1908Notable features/Significance: The size & form of this house is compatible with the large villas of Domain Road. Its form is essentially original from the street frontage, however there have been many alterations. Klingerder & Alsop were responsible for the elegant and inventive house at 36/38 Anderson Street (1907) however this later building is old fashioned in comparison and suggests that alterations have been extensive. Difficult to ascertain original external finishes to this building as it has been rendered & stripped of some external decoration. Art Deco entrance to side.
