General notes:
This house is a single-storey, double-fronted nineteenth century dwelling of rendered masonry construction. It has a gabled roof clad in decorative slates which is partially concealed by a rendered parapet embellished with a moulded cornice. A verandah extends across the façade, terminated at each end by rendered wing walls with curved parapets and decorative pressed cement corbels. It is of aesthetic and historical interest, being representative of the modest residential development which occurred in North Melbourne during the nineteenth century Boom period.
