Date of Construction: c1880Building Citation: This is a substantial two storey render terrace with two storey arcaded verandah and elaborate render detailing. The parapet is particularly grand with a Venetian pediment. A black and white marble tile path leads to the front door and similarly paved verandah from the extant cast iron fence.
