Date of Construction: c1885Building Citation: Pair of fine two storey render terrace with elaborate two storey cast iron verandah and render details. Flat arched openings to first floor and slender Corinthian pilastered opening with radius corners to ground floor. Palisade fence on scalloped bluestone plinth tessellated tile floor and bluestone upstairs to verandahs are all intact.
