Date of Construction: c1875Building Citation: Pair of large two storey brick and render dwellings with unusual ground floor colonnade side entrances and bay windows quoined render pilasters, paired pilasters, bold string courses and wide bracketed eaves to gently sloping slate roof all contribute to the Italianate character of the pair.
