Period: VictorianConstruction date: c1890Description: This former warehouse has been modified internally but still retains its classically-inspired facade. The building is noteworthy for its signage. Steel railings at parapet level appear to be a later addition. The site also accommodates a large shed of unknown age which demonstrates the earlier industrial character of the area.
