Date of Construction: 1914Building Citation: This is an unusual block of flats, built in red brick with two projecting octagonal bay window wings with render bands which are fronted by a two storey timber verandah with terracotta tile roof and timber shingle fascia. The balustrade to the upper verandah is of fine timber fretwork. The building is divided into flats entered at the base of the towers and is capped by a substantial brick and render parapet with render bands.
