Brochure of the installation of The Lie of the land : an installation by Fiona Foley and Chris Knowles, 1997, outside the Melbourne Town Hall, consisting of seven pillars in a line representing the items exchanged for the land. It was also a soundscape with Indigenous (Woi Wurrung) and various other languages, overlaid with the sounds of the totems of the Kulin Nation.
