Building type: FactoryPeriod; Date : Inter-War ; c.1930History: This building first appears in the Sands & McDougall directory for 1931, identified as 618-628 Elizabeth Street, and occupied by Replacement Parts Pty Ltd, or Repco, a firm specialising in motor accessories. The building was erected by the firm's own building department, under the supervision of a Mr I Bell. its distintive use of cermic title cladding led to a photograph of the building being used in an advertisement for Wunderlich which appeared in the RVIA Journal in October 1939. The building remained occupied by Repco until at least the 1970s/ the façade has sin e been overpainted, and the building is currently occupied by the living Interiors as a furniture showroom.Intactness / Condition : Good
