Scope and contents

This is a substantial group of four dwellings executed in ruled render with restrained moulded render architraves to openings. There is an unusual arrangement of front door diagonally approached from the offset front gate, the path has elaborate tessellated tile surface. The verandah is of cast iron as is the front fence, both are of high quality.
