Scope and contents

This is a particularly fine single storey ruled render residence with convex roofed cast iron verandah. The parapet is balustrated with a simple arched cartouche at the centre. The decoration is continued down the party walls. The tessellated tile verandah surface and cast iron fence are intact. The joinery is of good quality with candy twist columns to the fine entrance. This building is an unusual example of an intact, compact but imposing single storey dwelling.
