This is a substantially intact two storey tuckpointed polychromatic brick dwelling with a two storey cast iron verandah (concave roof). The openings are tripartite with candy-twist columns. The front fence of timber pickets and post is fine and early. There are tessellated tiles to the verandah and two toned terracotta tiles to the path. There is an intact W.C. and stable at the rear. This is one of the most intact buildings in Hoddle Street.
