General notes:
Grading as at 1999: Upgraded from E to DPeriod: Edwardian/Federation, construction date 1904This house is a single storey, double-fronted Edwardian residence, of red brick construction and L-shaped plan. It has a hipped corrugated galvanised steel roof with a gabled parapet to the projecting bay. This bay has a small timber-framed casement window with two courses of decorative brickwork at sill height and painted roughcast render to the gable end. A timber-framed verandah extending across the recessed bay has a corrugated galvanised steel roof and a non-original steel security fence. There is a single brick chimney at the side boundary. It is of local aesthetic interest, being relatively intact, retaining its original face brickwork and timber fretted verandah.
