This is a formal tuckpointed (possibly polychromatic) brick residence which originally had a verandah. The segmental arched openings with chamfered brick reveals are arranged symmetrically about the central recessed entry. The hipped slate roof with brick chimneys have fine dogtooth brick eaves.
