General notes:
Grading as at 1999: DPeriod: Victorian, construction date c1882This house was a single-storey, semi-detached house of masonry construction with a gabled roof clad in corrugated galvanised steel and a skillion roofed verandah extending between rendered wing walls. The façade was rendered with a ruled finish and contained the main entrance and a timber-framed double-hung sash window. It was of local aesthetic and historical interest, being representative of modest workers' housing constructed in North Melbourne during the 1880s Boom period. It has since been demolished.
