Date of Construction: 1858Building Citation: This is a large freestanding render dwelling set well back from the street, with two projecting two storey bay window wings and centrally recessed entry with cast iron porch. The render decoration is minimal with a simple cornice and string courses. Panels of decorative motifs have been incised in the fine chimneys. This building is close to areas of new development and should be retained at all costs.
