Cozens and Harvey were the owners of the factory in Drewery-place, off Drewery-lane, in which Messrs M'Kenzie and Kolbe carried on the business of broom manufacturers. As intimated yesterday the fire on Monday night practically destroyed the building and its contents. The landlords had policies of insurance with the Guardian, South British, and Norwich Union for £1,000 each, and Messrs M'Kenzie and Kolbe were protected by insurance with the Indemnity Company to the extent of £1,500.
