Date of Construction: c1885Building Citation: This is a substantial two storey render terrace dwelling with render embellishments. There are large arcaded bay windows to each level and a two storey cast iron verandah with a small pediment to the first floor. The parapet is balustraded with a broken segmental pediment. There are unusual mosaic tiles to the verandah similar to Block Arcade.
