This two storey ruled render terrace dwelling with ground floor bay windows has an extremely ornate two storey cast iron verandah with brackets meeting to form arches. There are fine windows and a tripartite entry all with render architraves. The cast iron palisade fence is intact. This building forms part of a significant group of terraced dwellings.
