Image held by North Melbourne Library. Illuminated address presented to Mayor Thomas Henderson to thank him for using his mayoral allowance to purchase a drinking fountain for the town. It is signed by the new mayor, Joseph Green and the Town Clerk, Charles Randall. The drinking fountain stands outside North Melbourne Post Office.
