Date of Construction: c1870Building Citation: This is a very elegant two storey rendered residence. The distinct verandah features twin timber columns with cast iron infill panels and arched timber fretwork between. Above the verandah there is a gently sloping slate roof with dominant rendered chimneys. The French doors are intact on the ground and first floor level. The front cast iron palisade and bluestone are possibly not original but the corrugated side fence may be extant from the original construction.
