Tessellated tile paths, Timber verandah floor.Notable features/Significance: A particularly fine use of render detailing distinguishes this residence from the standard designs of the nineteenth century. The render is complimented by a substantial two storey veranah of cast iron with timber valence frame, and by substantial case iron fence. Garden form intact.
