This terrace of three two storey dwellings with two storey cast iron verandahs is remarkably intact and is one of the few terraces in East Melbourne with uniform treatment to the exterior. The ruled render facades have simple string courses with hood mouldings over windows. The fine cast iron fence with bluestone posts also remain intact.
