General notes:
Image held by North Melbourne Library. 47 Baillie Street. The abode in question is the two-storey terrace house on the left. The front facade appears to be in relatively dishevelled state, with a dilapidated front fence and a bowing balcony beam. The chimney on the left of the roof also appears to be missing some bricks. It is curious that both the terrace and the smaller white house appear to be sharing a central chimney flue. This building still exists today, and whilst it has been altered more recently, it remains in a dilapidated state.
