General notes:
Period: Inter WarConstruction date: c.1921Notable features/Significance: An unusual adaptation of the 1920s Bungalow style to 2 storey construction. The relatively flat facade treatment is relieved by a projecting half round room extended to a first floor balcony and emphasised by a quasi column treatment to its rendered surface. An arcaded verandah returns below the main roof structure in the usual manner of the style.Occupiers: Keith Murdoch, Norman Seale, Lady Clare Lyle, Eric Richardson, Nelson Wheeler, Gregory and Katherine ScottOwners: Fairburn Rhoda, Keith Murdoch, Lyle, Richardson, Wheeler, Scott
