Grading as at 1985 : DPeriod : Mid VictorianPart of a stuccoed brick, two-storeyed row house pair with a two-level cast-iron verandah, iron picket fence and a guilloche patterned, pierced parapet wall. Gabled entablatures, centred on each parapet, contain the house name and a shell motif. Notable features include the fence; verandah decoration; verandah roof and structure. Architecturally, a common row house form of intermediate skill and integrity and of regional interest
