Date of Construction: c1895Building Citation: This pair of tuckpointed polychromatic brick terraces are particularly fine and intact. The Albert Street facing façade is significant and contains early timber shutters. There are numerous fine chimneys and an intact garden with privet hedge. The cast iron palisade fence on bluestone plinth is in intact as are the verandahs to Albert Street and Simpson Street. The verandah to Simpson Street has a concave corrugated iron roof and tessellated tile surface. The building forms an important part of the row of polychromatic brick terraces.
